Welcome to Logjamm Investments

 
 
Logjamm Investments is a buyer and seller of note portfolios and discount mortgage tapes.  We focus on small end purchases of between 5M and 50M institutional REO portfolios.  We have a solid history of performing on requests of tape from legitimate buyers and have resources and the ability to access multiple compilers from around the country.  Additionally we have a partnership agreement with a local servicing organization to buy performing CDO securities and service or convert them to new marketable securities.  We aslo have experience in residential real estate transactions including government loans, hybrid options, fixed rates, and construction loans.  We are well connected through national networks for hard money transactions that include residential, commercial, land, and mezzanine loans.  With a focus on REO's it is our intent to pool efforts from investors who may not be able to access opportunities due to limited collateral on their own.  Often times buyers who may not meet minimal qualifications for purchase can pool their efforts with similar buyers in our network to facilitate the acquisition of REO properties.  Please contact us with any and all questions.
